Grant was born Lyova Haskell Rosenthal in New York City on this day in 1927. Mess loved her in Valley Of The Dolls as the penny pinching, lasagna making Miriam Polar.

    this was aone talented red head! I remember seeing her on the tv in the 60-70 as guest stars on various series. She always stole the show!

    I din't care if she ham plastic surgery--she is one classy dame!
