The ex-wife of Texas oil heir T. Cullen Davis died on this day in 2001 from breast cancer. She was 59 and had survived an attempt on her life allegedly orchestrated by her ex-husband in which her daughter and boyfriend were murdered. ReplyDeleteAs I sat in the lobby of John Peter Smith hospital while my father was being seen to in his room, Priscilla was upstairs with a gunshot in her chest. I was 7 mths pregnant as I sat and read the Star Telegram,, I believed then and I still believe Cullen killed her little girl. You see, no matter what Priscilla was accused of, she was a mother. She wanted justice for her baby , not his money. She knew she could get money by law. I think Cullen killed her and was AFRAID not to live a different lifestyle lest he be found out. Of course as I said about the man who murdered my family....if he asked God to forgive him..who am I? It was a sad story and the only good to come from it is remembering the precious little girl who did not get to live her life due to sins of others.
