LADY BIRD JOHNSON


The former First Lady was born in Karnack, Texas on this day in 1912. She left us in 2007 at the age of 94.

    lady bird will always be with us here in texas
    every spring when the bluebonnets and wildflowers bloom I think of her and her efforts to beautify texas
