If you have ever seen "Laugh In" you'll recall Tiny Tim, who was so strange that nobody knew what to say, think, do. I remember being almost paralyzed by the oddness of it all, especially at a tender young age. Anyhoo, Mr. Tim left us on this day in 1996 at the age of 71.
