Grab your umbrella and your check book and head on over to 407 E. Wildwood Drive. The IRS is auctioning off Andrew Parker's mansion, appraised at 5 million, at noon today. Parker is now living in much smaller quarters courtesy of the Feds after his bust for scamming millions out of investors.
