Happy 52nd to Fran! We always got a kick out of her in The Nanny (especially when we turned the sound off.....just kidding, hey, Mess is a native New Yawker too) but we hadn't realized that her off screen work with her fellow cancer survivors led her to a diplomatic post. She had also considered a Congressional run in 2010. Who knew?
